About

Hiya! I am Beatriz, an art director from Portugal, focused on motion graphics & film. I have a passion for crafting media since a very young age. Back in the teenage days, photography was my escape. These days I work as art director for motion graphics, travel with my fiancée and cuddle my dog - who will for sure interrupt one of our meetings ❤️

My education

This multimedia passion led me to do a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Multimedia Design in Coimbra and later a Post Graduate Study in Motion Design at ESAD, Porto.

My professional jouney

In 2018, I joined Uniform as a junior Motion Designer. I worked closely with designers, producers, art directors, and copywriters to help elevate brands through film and animation for clients such as Liverpool Football Club, Bleacher Report, Mitre, Unilever, Primark, Big Architects, Knight Dragon, amongst others.

I started freelancing in 2020 with agencies from all around the world as a designer, animator and art director for clients such as TikTok, NFL, SanDisk, Guitar centre, Facebook, SteelSeries, etc.

I love being involved in different phases of the project development, from conceptualization and storyboarding to animating and editing. I work on a daily basis with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator - and I also have an intermediate level of 3D animation/lighting in Cinema 4D and sound editing with Audition.

I am now looking for other opportunities, preferably long term bookings/contracts, with clients/brands that have a strong sense of purpose and truly care about people. That fight for love, authenticity, creativity and equality. ❤
